Free Kindy at Mareeba Kids Campus

Give your child the best start in life with our Free Kindy program, proudly supported by the Queensland Government.

Our Free Kindy program provides a caring and enriching learning environment for children aged four years and over. Led by experienced early childhood teachers, our kindy program helps your child build confidence, make friends, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Who can attend Free Kindy?

Kindy is free for all eligible-aged Queensland children
Children aged at least 4 years by 30 June in the year before they start Prep
Children attending a government-approved kindy program in either sessional or long day care settings

What to expect from Free Kindy

Our Free Kindy program is all about giving your child the best start to their education. With qualified teachers and a nurturing environment, your child will develop key skills and build a strong foundation for Prep and beyond.

15 Hours of Free Kindy each week

Your child will participate in 15 hours of free, high-quality kindy each week, over 40 weeks.

Operational hours & contact information

Our kindy program is designed to accommodate busy family schedules with convenient operating hours.

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm
Kindy Program Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Before and After Care: Available between 7:00am – 8:30am and 4:00pm – 5:30pm, included in our fixed fee session.
